Aims and Objectives

Our Health and Wellbeing group is a friendly and sociable mix , gathered from various other U3A groups. Our aim is to create an understanding of many medical problems, some serious, others not so, but informative in layman’s terms, forever tinged with a sense of humour, as Senior Citizens of life’s carousel, humour is a requisite of everyday life.
