Theatre Group trip to ‘Dead Simple’

On the 11th March we went to see a P.D. James’ play “Dead Simple.” at Richmond. It was very “spooky” and had us on the “edge of our seats” but from the feed back received everyone enjoyed it but most of us also felt the acting could have been better and certainly the actors should have projected their voices more .

The British Theatre Guide billed it as “ horror, intrigue and mystery” and it certainly was! We went by coach. The journey there and back was very good  and left plenty of time for coffee or lunch beforehand.  Some of us walked by the river and others went to the shops.
A very enjoyable day.
